Creamier is a creative experience studio. We make interactive experiments for the web, and watching how people use them is how we learn what works. So we measure as much as the law allows, and this page explains what that means.
Creamier is run by Creamier LLC. This policy covers creamier.co and every Creamier project that links here. A project with its own privacy policy follows that policy where the two differ.
What we collect
What you give us. Your email address, if you sign up to hear about new launches. Anything you enter while using a project, like your answers, picks and choices.
What we measure. How you use the site and our projects: which pages you visit, what you click, the choices you make, how far you get, how long you stay, and where you came from. We also collect technical details about your visit, like your IP address, approximate location based on that address, device, browser, operating system, screen size and language.
Cookies and similar tools. We and the analytics services we use may store cookies and similar data in your browser, so we can recognize a returning visitor and measure what happens over time.
How we use it
- To run our projects, fix them and make them better.
- To understand how people play, what they choose and what they skip.
- To study patterns across many players and publish what we find. Anything we publish is grouped together, never about you by name.
- To email you about new Creamier launches and projects, if you signed up.
- To prevent spam and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who help us run Creamier, such as our hosting, analytics and email services. They handle your information on our behalf.
- Anyone, in grouped or anonymized form. When we publish findings, they describe groups of players, not individuals.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
- A new owner, if Creamier or one of its projects is sold or merged. This policy would continue to apply to the information collected under it.
Emails
If you sign up, we'll email you when something new opens. Every email tells you how to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to remove your address at any time.
How long we keep it
As long as it's useful for the purposes above. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
- Your browser settings and ad blockers can limit cookies and tracking.
- You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Union), you may have more rights under local law. Where the law requires your consent before we collect something, we'll ask for it.
Children
Creamier isn't made for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has given us information, tell us and we'll delete it.
Changes
We may update this page as Creamier grows. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
